ABOUT THE CLUB

PURPOSE:  The purpose of the Apache Junction Rock & Gem Club shall be to provide an opportunity for hobbyists of similar lapidary interests to meet each other and to share information, special abilities and talents, to collect and exchange gems, materials and minerals as an organized club activity, to form friendships and to enjoy the pleasure of socializing with each other.

 

We are a busy club offering field trips and two (2) social events during the winter season from October thru April in Apache Junction, AZ. 

Most of our members are seniors who are enthusiastic rockhounds and are involved in the rock & mineral arts of faceting, lapidary, silversmithing, & wire wrapping.  Our members are interested in passing on their interest of these arts to members of the younger generations.

Members of all age groups are invited to join us.  Please attend a regular meeting and sign up there with the membership person.  You may also join by Emailing the membership & field trip waiver forms to
